What if I were to tell you that what you do this week could change the world? Would you believe me? Could you at least imagine the possibility, or would smile politely but secretly scoff?

“In the beginning when God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was a formless void and darkness covered the face of the deep.” From the very beginning we are told that God is creator … of everything. The words continue, “So God created humankind in his image, God blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and have dominion over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.” The Psalm for this morning tells more.
